Bags and Bling is a Scottish business, based in the heart of Central Scotland in Alloa near Stirling. We are truly passionate about bags, bling and accessories.
We provide a fabulous range of quality high fashion jewellery, handbags and accessories, all adding a touch of glamour to your wardrobe and home.
We don’t know many women who don’t like a bit of bling or a handbag or two!!
We sell our products from our online store, via party plan, exhibitions, work events, fundraising and charity events as well as from our high street shop in Alloa.

HOST A BAGS & BLING PARTY
Do you want a fun ladies night in? Hen night? Birthday? Fundraising? Hosting a Charity Event? Are you looking for a special gift? Do you just deserve a treat?
DO YOU LIVE IN CLACKMANNANSHIRE AREA
OR WITHIN A 40 MILE RADIUS?
If so why not gather all your friends and family together in the comfort of your own home or local pub or team up with your friend and have a joint larger party.
We have a fantastic range of fashion and evening bags, fashion jewellery, accessories and seasonal gifts at great prices.
We are always on the lookout for “something different”
and therefore we change our product ranges on a
regular basis to keep up with trends and seasons.
This means that for our parties we stock our products in extremely low numbers. We hardly ever re-order once after they have been sold, making most of our products “limited edition”.
This means our customers may not see the same item twice. No two parties will contain the same jewellery or handbags.
This sets us apart from other party plan businesses.
We also know that you don’t want all your friends and family to be seen with the same handbags!
PRODUCTS THAT SELL THEMSELVES
There is no hard-sell as the products will sell themselves.
Trying on the arm-candy and jewellery is usually enough
The hard decision, we have often been told ... is what not to buy!
Our parties generally last for one and a half to two hours and we will arrive approximately one hour before to set up.
The ideal number of guests is approximately 12 plus, but we find the average is around 15.
FUNDRAISERS
For fundraisers, we offer 10% of total sales in cash or you can exchange this for products to raffle, whichever you feel would be
of greater value.
WE WILL SUPPLY PARTY INVITES & POSTERS
You will receive a thank you gift for hosting a party and either
10% of your total party sales if under £200 and 15% if above
£201 to spend on the night on Bags and Bling products.
We have a busy diary and so ask for interested party hosts to
offer us some notice to avoid disappointment.

PARTY LOYALTY CARD
We have introduced a loyalty card where points can be redeemed for discounts. For every £25 order or over you will receive one stamp.
Loyalty cards hold five stamps. Once your card is full you will receive £10 off your next purchase at a Bags & Bling party.
Loyalty cards are only redeemable at our parties

RETURNS
We know that buying over the internet, by its nature, is not the same experience as shopping on the high street.
You can pick products up or try them on and your computer screen may not show the true colours. To help build your confidence from purchasing items from our website, we can guarantee: if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on receipt, then as long as you return it to us, unused and in perfect condition, along with the original packaging and a copy of your receipt within 7 days from purchase date, we will refund you the full price paid within 30 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
We regret that we will be unable to refund postage and packaging costs. We will not be held responsible for returned items lost in the post. We will refund the same way payment was made.
FAULTY ITEMS
All of our items are checked before being offered for sale and prior to being sent to you. We will be happy however, to refund the price paid
or replace any item that develops a fault within 1 month of purchase. Please provide a copy of your original receipt.
We regret we will be unable to refund postage and packing costs. Replacement items will be sent to you free of postage and packing charges. Please note that no receipt will mean no refund.
JIMMY CRYSTAL ITEMS - REPLACEMENT CRYSTALS
Please contact the UK office for all returns. The address and telephone number will be included with your purchase.
NB. Jimmy Crystal provides a lifetime warranty on all crystallisation so please contact their UK Head Office.
DAMAGED GOODS
We will not accept return items that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accident or intent.

RETURNING A PURCHASE
We would appreciate it it you could email us at returns_bags-and-bling.co.uk to advise us that you wish to return an item.
Please ensure that you provide a valid reason which should be quoted on all your paperwork.
Further, please ensure that all items are adequately protected and packaged with the items being marked fragile on the outside of the packaging. We would suggest that items are wrapped in bubble-wrap and are boxed or enclosed in
a Jiffy type mailing bag.
We would also ask that your items are sent through the Post Office Special Delivery service.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for damage or delay caused by the delivery service and that proof of posting will not be proof of delivery. The Post Office Special Delivery service includes insurance cover whilst goods are in transit, consequently should they be mislaid you are covered to the value of the item.
Please note that the Post Office recommend that jewellery is NOT sent recorded delivery.
